At the start of your turn, if you have any Bleeds, remove one and take 1 damage.
For each stack of Exhaustion you have, your maximum Health is reduced by 1. Exhaustion goes away when you get a chance to rest for the night.
Some effects give you "temporary" Exhaustion, which is tracked separately. These go away at the end of the encounter.
Being Immobilized means you can’t move. You can still be Pushed by things, and you can still Shift.
Pushing someone is like Shifting, except when you do it to an enemy. Unless otherwise stated, you Push things in a direction directly away from you. If someone is Pushed into an obstacle that isn’t a creature, they probably just stop there (unless the GM decides something more specific happens).
Shifting is like moving, except it doesn’t count against your Speed, and you can Shift through spaces with enemies in them (but not end up in an occupied space).
